We share your concern about the cost of medical care. Our fees are standard for our specialty in this area. Information about specific charges are available upon request.

We are preferred providers for the following:

• Insurance Companies:
  • Aetna, Blue Cross, and Cigna
• Provider Networks:
  • First Choice Health Network

We will bill your insurance as a courtesy. We expect payment at the time of the visit for copayments, deductibles, and non-covered services.

Patients from out of state are expected to pay in full at the time of visit regardless of copayment and deductibles.

A monthly finance charge of 1.5% will be assessed on any account that is over 60 days old.

Please do not ask us to prescribe medication by phone for illnesses we have not had an opportunity to evaluate in person. Rare exceptions may be made, but the potential medical risk far outweighs any advantage gained in convenience. Medication refills are handled only during regular office hours. Call the office for refills before you have used all your medications, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. In certain circumstances a repeat office visit may be required before the medication is refilled. Please try to anticipate your medication needs before weekends and holidays.
