About Our Pediatricians

Dan Tulip, M.D. graduated from the University of Vermont School of Medicine. His pediatric residency was completed at Marshfield Clinic in Wisconsin. Dr. Tulip has been a pediatrician since 1983. He is the father of five children and has one grandson.

Catherine Irwin, M.D. is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Medicine. She received Pediatric Residency training at the University of Arkansas and the University of Iowa Hospitals. She has been a pediatrician since 1975. Dr. Irwin is the mother of three children and has one granddaughter.

Janet Shen, M.D. completed both medical school and pediatric pesidency training at Stanford University Medical Center. In addition to English, Dr. Shen speaks fluent Chinese and some Japanese. She has been a pediatrician since 1994, and has three children, including twin daughters.

Stephen Baker, M.D. graduated from the George Washington University Medical School. He received pediatric residency training at the University of California, Irvine and Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has been a pediatrician since 1992. He is the father of six children.

Jeanette Legenza, M.D. is a graduate of Albany Medical College. She completed pediatric residency training at The Children's Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio in conjuction with the Wright State University and the United States Air Force. She has been a pediatrician since 2001 and is the mother of two children.
